We specialize in inventive American cuisine, with a menu that has something for everyone. Some dishes are tasty traditional favorites while others are reinvented classics. We source many products and ingredients from local and regional purveyors. We also update our menu with seasonal offerings and specials. We are proud to have a nationally recognized gluten-free menu.
Executive Chef Aaron Baggett is a self-described “southern Missouri boy” with New York City culinary training. In addition to continuously updating our menu, Chef Baggett has carefully paired each entrée with a suggested wine to fully complete your dining experience.
EdgeWild offers a variety of fine wines from select high-end winemakers in the United States (California, Oregon, Washington State and Missouri) and abroad (New Zealand, France, Argentina and Italy). Our wine lists include EdgeWild label wines and non-EdgeWild label wines, including several from powerhouse wineries. We also serve some high-end heavy hitters by the glass and bottle such as Nickel & Nickel, Chateau Montelena, Domaine Serene and more! We also barrel age EdgeWild wine on premise.
